This year’s RCTC football team participated in the Graphic Edge Bowl game. They played against Ellsworth Community College in Cedar Falls, Iowa, at the Uni-Dome. RCTC was beaten 55-32.
The offensive highlights were quarterback Jamal Stovall who passed for 79 yards and three touchdowns. Greg Henry and Raymonte Maynard led in rushing with 24 and 23 yards, respectively.
Jaylen Johnson, Elray Duncan, and Connor Watts were the top three receivers in yards and each caught a touchdown pass. Montreal Moore returned four kickoffs for 164 yards and one touchdown.
The defensive highlights were Eli Smith with 11 tackles, one sack, and two forced fumbles. Ronald Wilson also had 10 tackles and one sack.
