Career/Program Overview

RCTC’s Laboratory Science Associate in Science degree program is designed to articulate with the University of North Dakota.  Upon completion of RCTC’s Associate Degree, students can complete a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science through UND.

Curriculum-at-a-Glance

Professional Core requirements include:  Survey of Life Forms, Survey of Organic Chemistry, Anatomy and Physiology I and II, Microbiology, and Introduction to Medical Terminology.  General education requirements include courses in:  oral and technical communications, biology, chemistry, college algebra, psychology, sociology and ethics.

Program/Degree Options

RCTC’s Laboratory Science Associate in Science degree is 63 credits and articulates with the Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Lab Science through the University of North Dakota.

This degree is specifically designed for transfer into a bachelor’s degree.
