For 111 years, Rochester Community and Technical College has helped students transform their lives through education. On September 18, 2026, community members, alumni, business leaders, and friends of the College are invited to come together at Somerby Golf Club for Founder’s Day 2026, an evening dedicated to celebrating that legacy and supporting the students who will shape our future. Doors open at 5:30pm.
At its heart, Founder’s Day is about opportunity.
Every year, thousands of RCTC students work to build brighter futures for themselves, their families, and our community. Many balance coursework with jobs, family responsibilities, and financial challenges. Support from donors and community partners helps remove barriers and creates pathways for students to achieve their academic and career goals.
