Job Responsibilities

  • Ability to work independently on your own.
  • This person will work all home athletic games.
  • Taking action photos of the teams and players during games.
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends.
  • Please review team schedules at https://www.rctcyellowjackets.com.
  • Camera available to use.
  • Photos must be reviewed, edited, labeled, and turned into marketing and athletic offices in a timely manner.
  • Action of photos of players during the game is a necessity.

Performance Expectations

Student must have:

  • The ability to work with computers,
  • Be reliable, prompt, professional, responsible, proactive.
  • Must be able to work on their own without supervision.

Additional Notes

  • Complete student worker training when assigned.
  • Communicate any schedule changes to your lead worker in advance.
  • Submit your payroll forms to gain access to eTime through e-Services (Student Employment).
  • All hours must be recorded on eTime the day they are worked: https://www.rctc.edu/eservices/
  • You are entitled to a 15-minute break for every four consecutive hours worked.

Performance Review

Students are eligible for a wage increase after they have worked 200 hours and based on performance evaluation. The area supervisor will assess the student employee’s performance, work attendance and attitude as it relates to the job tasks, RCTC values, service attributes, core outcomes, and interaction with students, staff, and visitors.
