Job Responsibilities
- Record women’s basketball statistics using a computer
- Attend all home basketball games
- A background in athletics is preferred
Performance Expectations
- Be punctual and reliable
- Dress appropriately and maintain a professional appearance
- Understand the importance of accurate statistics for the school, MCAC Conference, and NJCAA
Additional Notes
- Complete student worker training when assigned.
- Communicate any schedule changes to your lead worker in advance.
- Submit your payroll forms to gain access to eTime through e-Services (Student Employment).
- All hours must be recorded on eTime the day they are worked: https://www.rctc.edu/eservices/
- You are entitled to a 15-minute break for every four consecutive hours worked.
Performance Review
Students are eligible for a wage increase after they have worked 200 hours and based on performance evaluation. The area supervisor will assess the student employee’s performance, work attendance and attitude as it relates to the job tasks, RCTC values, service attributes, core outcomes, and interaction with students, staff, and visitors.
