This Student Handbook is a general bulletin about RCTC processes with links to important information on the RCTC website.
The provisions of this publication were prepared on the basis of the best information as of the date of publication; however, information in this handbook may be amended from time to time by appropriate action of the faculty, the college administration, the Minnesota State Board of Trustees, or the Minnesota Legislature. When such changes occur, every reasonable effort will be made to notify the student body. This publication is not a legal document and does not constitute a contract between the College and the user. Please consult appropriate departments and offices for final policies, procedures and deadlines.
NOTE: Email is the official means of communication between the College and student, and when communicating via email, the RCTC student assigned email account will be used.
