Spring 2026 Withdrawal Deadline Approaching
Please take note the withdrawal deadline for Spring Semester is approaching on April 20th. The published withdrawal deadlines for short term courses that start late or end early in the semester are available on the RCTC web site. It is wise to speak with your advisor before withdrawing.
Survey of Student Engagement
RCTC wants to hear from you – our students! The Community College Survey of Student Engagement Survey was recently distributed to all students aged 18 or older via email. Results from this survey provide information about our students’ experience and engagement at RCTC. We’ll use the information to improve programs and services on campus, and to make the college experience better for you and future students at RCTC.
You will open the survey by entering your StarID as the access code – this is the same as the 8-character ID you use to log in. It looks like this, for example: ab1234cd. The survey will remain open through April 15th. Our goal is to gather at least 1000 responses – Please help us reach this goal!
A couple notes for you:
- • You can only respond one time.
- • If you are not yet age 18, you will receive a message that your access code is not valid. You won’t be eligible to complete the survey if under 18.
To thank you for your participation, we will enter all responders into a drawing to win one of four $50 gift cards to the RCTC Bookstore. Good luck!
Unity Fest
Join Student Life on Wednesday, April 15th from 11am-12pm in the 3rd floor cafeteria for Unity Fest! This event celebrates the many backgrounds and experiences that make up our campus community. Enjoy a variety of free cultural foods, music, and fun activities while connecting with other students.
Outstanding Educator Nominations – Coming Soon!
From April 16-30, you can nominate a faculty member for the 2026-2027 RCTC Outstanding Educator.
Nominating a faculty member for the outstanding educator is a great way to show your appreciation for everything faculty do to help you succeed at RCTC.
The nomination survey will open April 16th and will be shared with everyone in D2L and across campus.

RSVP to Participate
Fall 2025, Spring 2026 and Summer 2026 Graduates should complete this form to participate in and be celebrated at the Commencement Ceremony.
Caps and Gowns
The purchase price of your commencement regalia is $20. Please pay for and pick up your cap, gown, and tassel at the RCTC Bookstore Starting April 13th during any of their business hours.
Programs
Graduates will receive a complete program.
