Spring 2026 Withdrawal Deadline Approaching
Please take note the withdrawal deadline for Spring Semester is approaching on April 20th. The published withdrawal deadlines for short term courses that start late or end early in the semester are available on the RCTC web site. It is wise to speak with your advisor before withdrawing. See the information below!

Schedule an Advising Appointment
Every student at RCTC has an academic advisor or counselor to support their educational growth. Students should work closely with their academic advisor or counselor to ensure their educational goals are met.
You can find your advisor on the appointment scheduling webpage and at the top of your DARS report.
To meet with your advisor, schedule an appointment online or call the Advising Office Front Desk at 507-285-7260 for scheduling assistance.

Fall 2026 Registration
Fall 2026 registration has begun! Registration is now open for all returning, degree-seeking students. Register now to get the classes you need at the times that you want! Additionally, registration windows will open for current and returning visiting, non-degree seeking students tomorrow, March 2026.
All students are strongly encouraged to meet with their academic advisor or counselor prior to registering for any term. Email the Welcome and One Stop Center with any questions.
Scholarship Deadline is Near!
Reminder! You need to complete the RCTC Scholarship Application by March 31st in order to be considered for a scholarship. There is over $450,000 available in funding. Scholarships can help pay for tuition, textbooks, and class fees, making college more affordable. Don’t miss this opportunity!

Graduation Application Deadline
The Spring 2026 Graduation Application Deadline was February 25, 2026, but if you hurry, you can still get your application in and reviewed! The summer graduation was March 23, 2026. Students seeking to graduate should complete the application and attach a DARS audit that reads “All requirements complete” before submitting.

Unity Fest
Join Student Life on Wednesday, April 15th from 11am-12pm in the 3rd floor cafeteria for Unity Fest! This event celebrates the many backgrounds and experiences that make up our campus community. Enjoy a variety of free cultural foods, music, and fun activities while connecting with other students.
