The City of Rochester will resume work on the roundabout project at the corner of 19th Ave SE and College View Rd April 6th, 2026. This work will impact access to campus.
2026 Construction Schedule
- Tentative Start Date: April 6, 2026 (weather permitting)
- Anticipated Completion: June 12, 2026
Remaining Work
This phase will include installation of concrete pavement, curb and gutter, construction of the raingarden, tree plantings, and other landscaping elements.
Traffic Impacts
Traffic will be detoured using the same configuration implemented in 2025, routing vehicles around the project area via 15th Ave SE, Highway 14, and East Circle Drive SE.
