Fall Semester Withdrawal Deadline
November 26 is the last day to withdraw from Fall 2025 full-term classes. Also, you must notify the following offices if you are receiving benefits from them:
- Financial Aid Office
- Veterans Administration School Official
- SSSP (Student Support Services Program)
- International Student Advisor
You may withdraw from courses through the eServices portal until 11pm on November 26th. Deadlines for short-term courses are available on the RCTC website.
Need help with the process? Call or visit the Welcome and One Stop Center.
Note: Withdrawals do not affect GPA, but do impact completion rate, which may affect satisfactory academic progress.
