RCTC offers a wide range of financial aid programs including grants, scholarships, student employment and student and parent loans. Students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at studentaid.gov to be considered for aid.  Financial Aid Specialists are available to assist with the FAFSA and help with any questions students and families may have.

In addition to using FAFSA results, most financial aid programs require that students be admitted as a degree candidate at RCTC and be enrolled at least half-time (6 credits). Students enrolled less than half-time may be eligible for prorated grant funding, but will not be eligible for Federal Student Loans. After the first semester of enrollment, all students must be making satisfactory academic progress toward their degree. Students should familiarize themselves with RCTC’s Satisfactory Academic Progress policy and other important consumer information.
