Apply for General Admission, PSEO (Post Secondary Enrollment Option) Admission, or International Student Admission. Concurrent Enrollment students should complete the PSEO Application for Admission. Persons who are in the United States as permanent residents (“Green Card” holders) or hold refugee/asylee status may complete the General Application. Veterans and dependents of veterans can complete the General Application.

Rochester Community and Technical College does not offer summer admission for F-1 visa holders or seekers.
