Concurrent Enrollment students should complete the PSEO Application for Admission. Persons who are in the United States as permanent residents (“Green Card” holders) or hold refugee/asylee status may complete the General Application.

Rochester Community and Technical College does not offer summer admission for F-1 visa holders or seekers.
