Beeline: Save time. Skip the Line!
Beginning Monday, November 17th, students needing assistance in the Welcome and One Stop or Technology Support (HelpDesk) Centers will need to join the beeline! This queue, which you can join from any mobile device, kiosk, or personal PC, allows you to join a virtual queue so that you don’t have to wait in a physical line for help. Look for the QR codes starting Monday!

Fall 2025 Withdrawal Deadline
November 26 is the last day to withdraw from Fall 2025 full-term classes. RCTC strongly recommends that you work with your advisor or counselor before withdrawing from college to achieve the best possible outcomes for your circumstances. Also, you must notify the following offices if you are receiving benefits from them:
- Financial Aid Office
- Veterans Administration School Official
- SSSP (Student Support Services Program)
- International Student Advisor
You may withdraw from courses through the eServices portal until 11pm on November 26th. Deadlines for short-term courses are available on the RCTC website.
Need help with the process? Call or visit the Welcome and One Stop Center.
Note: Withdrawals do not affect GPA, but do impact completion rate, which may affect satisfactory academic progress.
Receive Your Tax Forms Electronically
You can receive your 2025 1098-T and W-2 tax forms electronically instead of by U.S. mail. Benefits include:
- Quicker access to year-end tax forms

Visit your eServices site before the end of the semester to opt for electronic forms. For questions, contact the Financial Aid Office at 507-285-7557.
