Welcome to Rochester Community and Technical College! RCTC has more than 110 years of dedication to providing access to exceptional education. Whether you have had your sights set on RCTC for years or are starting to explore education options, we hope you find what you are looking for at RCTC.

The Welcome and One Stop Center (WOSC) professionals are available to walk you through the steps to enroll at RCTC. The WOSC is open to student and visitor traffic during the times listed below.
