Our Transfer Credit Equivalency Review option allows to request a review supporting documentation to determine if college credit can be awarded.
Sometimes courses taken at accredited institutions do not transfer on the first attempt. This process may also be used to request a second evaluation. Additional documentation, such as a syllabus, may also be required.
In addition, Industry Training Courses or other credentials can also be evaluated using the Transfer Credit Equivalency Review.
- Complete a Transfer Credit Equivalency Form.
- Submit a minimum of a course description and course syllabus, along with the form, to the College Registrar.
- After faculty review, students will be notified of this course review via e-mail (to the RCTC account) within approximately three weeks of submitting the request.
