Sometimes courses don’t transfer the way you think they will. Our Transfer Review process allows you to request a review of how your transfer credits have been evaluated. You will need to supply additional documentation, such as a course syllabus, for the course to be reviewed by our faculty.
Industry Training Courses or other credentials can also be evaluated using the Transfer Review process.
- Log into eServices and under Academic Records, click on Transfer Review
- Before clicking on “Getting Started”, be sure to read the steps in the gray box to help you through the process.
- Gather the course information (description, syllabus, etc…) to attach to the request.
- Click on the green arrow under “Getting Started” and follow the steps on the screen.
- You will be notified of the results via e-mail (your RCTC account) within three weeks of submitting the request.
