RCTC Music includes Band, Choir, and our show choir, the Aires. The band, choir, and Aires perform several concerts on and off campus each year. SPRING BAND AND CHOIR CONCERT
Featuring the RCTC Concert Band, Concert Choir, Jazz Combo and our show choir, the Aires

Join us in welcoming spring as we conclude our 2017 concert season.You'll hear beautiful melodies from the Concert Band and Concert Choir, sprited jazz tunes from the Jazz Combo and the high energy music of the Aires will make you want to get up and dance!
Tickets: 6.00 each. CASH OR CHECK ONLY PLEASE

WORLD DRUM ENSEMBLE PERFORMANCE:
The RCTC World Drum Ensemble brings its dynamic and explosive sounds along with the driving rhythms of our percussion repertoire to the Hill Theater for the Spring Semester Concert. Tuesday, May 2, 4:00pm. Free Admission.
Pieces include a Traditional Ghanaian (West Africa) Bell Processional and Donno (Talking Drum) piece, 3 Brazilian sacred songs from Umbande sung in Portuguese accompanied by atabaque (conga) drums and bell, always a feature of our shows is a smoking hot set of Brazilian Sambas culminating with a finale of Samba Reggae from Bahia (Northeastern Brazil). We look forward to seeing you there!
MUSIC CREATIVITY STUDENT RECITAL:
You are cordially invited to attend the "Creativity and New MediaConcert"
Tuesday afternoon, May 2 at 12:30pm in the 3rd floor College Center Cafeteria (one floor above Hill Theatre).
The concert features original music, video, and lights compositions by students from the Electronic Music I and II classes, and the Music, Video, Lights-2 class. The event is open and free to the public. Hope to see you there.
