Students with approved financial aid can charge textbooks and supplies at the RCTC Bookstore.

Summer 2026 classes start.

A time to drop or add classes with no penalty.
June 5, 2026
Last day to return Summer 2026 semester textbooks to the RCTC Bookstore.
June 12, 2026
Start date for financial aid processing (grants, loans, and scholarships). Financial aid overages are processed through BankMobile. Accounts can be set up at www.refundselection.com. Select your disbursement preference ASAP. The disbursement process continues throughout the semester with funds being processed each week as new students become eligible for financial aid or scholarships are received.
June 12, 2026
Last day for TOTAL WITHDRAWAL from classes at RCTC that will result in a partial refund (50%).
July 6, 2026
Loan disbursement for first-time borrowers.
July 13, 2026
An $80.00 late fee will be charged to all students with a balance due (exempt-students with approved Nelnet Payment Plans).
