Beginning August 1, 2025, RCTC students will no longer be able to ride Rochester Public Transportation buses for free. If you are experiencing significant transportation needs, please contact Anfa Diiriye, Resource Coordinator.
Rolling Hills Transport provides low-cost daily or weekly transportation for non-Rochester residents to and from Rochester within Dodge, Winona, Fillmore, Houston, and Olmsted counties.
