Any individual wishing to complain about an RCTC issue should first discuss it with the appropriate employee(s), and/or the supervisor to whom the employee(s) report(s).
Non-Students may also submit complaints through the Comment Card.
Students may also submit complaints through the Complaint Form.
Student Complaints that are not resolved through this process may be advanced to the grievance process RCTC Policy 3.8
