A Rochester Community and Technical College student has the right to seek remedy for a dispute or disagreement through the Rochester Community and Technical College student complaint and grievance process. Students are encouraged to seek resolution through informal means before filing a formal complaint or grievance. The complaint and grievance process is outlined in Procedure 3.8.2 Student Complaints and Grievances. Retaliation of any kind is prohibited against a student for participating in, or refusing to participate in, a complaint or grievance process.
