Dental Hygiene Clinic

Dental students, under the supervision of faculty dentists and practitioners, work with real patients addressing their oral health needs. As one of only three clinics in Rochester serving Minnesota Medical Assistance, Medicaid, and MinnesotaCare patients, RCTC’s Dental Clinic provides preventive and diagnostic services including digital radiographic imaging, fluoride treatments, sealants, periodontal therapy, polishing, and personalized oral hygiene instruction. Currently, the Dental Hygiene Clinic accommodates 1,900 patient visits each year for individuals of all ages and backgrounds, regardless of insurance coverage.

RCTC’s Dental Clinic is located at the RCTC Heintz Center (1926 Collegeview Road S.E. Rochester, MN 55904), across the street from the Olmsted Community Hospital and the Federal Medical Center.

We at RCTC Dental Clinic understand that medical information about you and your

This Notice takes effect on November 8, 2017, and will remain in effect until it

With support from the Minnesota Department of Health Clinical Dental Education Innovation Grant, Rochester Community and Technical College is expanding its Winchester Wellness model to strengthen Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene education while providing free preventive oral health services to underserved and rural communities in southeastern Minnesota.

In accordance with Minn. Stat. § 16B.98, subd. 5(d), Rochester Community and Technical College’s leadership contact for this grant is Kelly Pyfferoen, Vice President of Finance and Facilities (507‑285‑7472; [email protected]).
