Completion of this program is the initial step in becoming a commercial airline pilot and will prepare students for transfer for completion of a bachelor’s degree.
Thanks to a partnership with Minnesota State University Mankato, graduates of RCTC’s aviation program will be able to transfer seamlessly into MSU Mankato’s general studies bachelor’s degree program. Students wishing to fly for a major airline need a four-year degree, one you can earn while also logging the 1,500 hours of flight time to earn an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.
