The faculty teaching in RCTC’s Welding Technology program bring both their academic knowledge and extensive industry work experience. This combination of academics and industry experience is another valued aspect of the RCTC program.
Paul Titus Welding Technology Instructor
Mr. Titus has been the welding instructor at RCTC since 2013, he is a graduate of Red Wing Technical College and Local #6 JATC Pipefitting apprenticeship program. Mr. Titus has over 22 years of experience in the welding trade and currently holds a Minnesota high pressure pipefitting master license along with numerous ASME and AWS welding certifications.
